I am having a problem that I hope someone can help me solve. Unsolved Auto-Delete on 2012 MacBook Pro. I was having a similar situation in Word for Mac 2011 in which the last line of some table cells showed, but the rest of the text in that cell disappeared (the text showed in PDFs and printouts, so I knew the text was still there)
Clicking the Gridlines icon on the Table Layout tab solved the problem.A subscription to make the most of your time. Under Editing options, clear both the Use the Insert key to control overtype mode and the Use overtype mode check boxes. Turn off overtype mode: Click File > Options. Anyone possess an Idea about this? I am thinking of deleting the apps and reinstalling them. The moment I begin typing in the program, the text disappears again. It only re-appears when I scroll to where the text area is no longer visible and then displayed.
